      Hello Kathy

      You've already emailed me about this issue and I have answered you - I'm waiting for you to bring me your Friend Code - its the series of numbers on your profile. Once I receive it, I can refund you.

      The slots don't jump from 50 chips bet to 5000 chips bet on their own, it can happen accidentally if you have knocked the bets up and not realised that you've done it. I'm happy to refund you on this occasion, but you are responsible for the bets you play with.
