loss of status due to game problema

I have played this game for years and about a month or so ago i couldnt get in...I gave up trying until today.  I did get back in and found i lost my status of 100%.. not a happy camper. I have sent several messages about problems with the game loading for several weeks.  No one has responded.as of today.  Every time I tried to get into the game an error message would pop up saying "facebook no longer supports this game"  I did see many people also reported this.  Now Im down to basically starting over with the bonus streak.  I am simply asking to be restored to where I was when this started and some free spins as well as I lost weeks worth.  Your response would be greatly appreciated!
