We have recently fixed the 'no mpoints' bug/problem. Please re-start the game and you should have your mpoints working fine.

For new avatar pics, log in with Facebook connect, or log in as Asylum Labs account. There is a known bug on Yahoo (them, not us) that will not allow profile pics to work properly on that network. They are working on a fix.

I just got a BAD BINGO on a 4 corners covered. You don't show a specific pattern, so universal rules would apply right?

Logged in w/Facebook...used my full name which I did not want, and also used my profile picture, which I did not want either. How do I get an avatar like most players have? Can I change my name as it appears on the game?

You are given some Diamonds to start with. And Diamonds are given for playing 2 days in a row and 5 days in a row. Also, you can earn many Power Ups by placing first or second in a round.

We have not implemented 4 corners yet but it's definitely on the roadmap and we'll keep you posted when that becomes available as a method for getting bingos.

Stay tuned as we have many features planned in the near future that uses both Chips and/or Diamonds.

you are having a sale on boosters right now. it says 10 helpers for 5 diamonds. i have used this 2 or 3 times in the last few minutes and i only get the usual 4 helpers. please give me my helpers!

i just went back to play; it says i have 5 diamonds and when i go to power ups to use them it pops up that i dont have enough diamonds to make a purchase. this whole diamond change is for the birds!!!!!!!!!

Not being able to buy helpers with chips sucks. Get rid of the diamonds!! >:P And I still don't know how to get an avatar like everyone else.

Keithsat, if are playing on any network/device (besides Yahoo), then you can quit the game, and log in with Facebook Connect and it will grab your FB profile. If you prefer to NOT use FB, you can log in with an Asylum Account, and choose from a bunch of avatars we provide. If you are on Yahoo, they are currently having technical difficulties related to the profile pictures and have given us "a few weeks" eta on this fix.

Well, I responded to your email and I am still waiting for a reply, diamonds to be replaced or any acknowledgement at all! While you are fine tuning the diamond issue you may consider being able to buy some power ups with fewer diamonds. Like maybe 5 helpers for 3 diamonds or 2 diamonds for 3 helpers. Anything so we don't always have to have so many diamonds. Thanks, Mari

Hi. I love this game and play every day.  Today I had a weird thing happen.  I was playing in Vegas I. I was waiting for it to start, it counted to 0 but there was a delay.  Then when it started I was bombarded with #'s.  I wasn't getting many #'s so I used the eraser power-up.  So the erasers were on my cards moving around but not erasing anything.  Stayed there the whole game, quite annoying.  Then I got bingo but it said it was a bad call.  I was pretty sure it wasn't, but then when the game ended, it showed the teams and I wasn't on any of them.  It was like I got booted and was playing by myself in oblivion!  Of course it took my chips to play.

I also agree that there should be an easier way to get diamonds.  Maybe watch ads or something.

LadyS_65, from what your describing this is a very weird bug, but something that definitely should not happen.  If you send your Friend Code (with this bug description) to contact@asylumlabsinc.com  we will award you some chips for your trouble.  

Regards Diamonds, we are adding a fun mini-game soon that will give you diamonds.  We have tried very hard to keep the game ad free, and will continue to do so for as long as possible.

I got kicked off before game even started and lost my 4 cards/ 1525 points. Now can't play because only have 57 points. I've also sent a email about promos. I'm not getting my chips. Have pics showing it was your promo not third party and one showing I complied but can't attach to this. 

Also I had 61 mpoints and next day I was at zero. Please advise

Thank yoy for your response Morpheus.  I have sent the email.  I think the mini-game is a good idea.  Definitely feel like right now it's too hard to acquire diamonds.  Thank you for this game.

It wont give me my mpoints and it will kick me out of some the games sometimes and not give me my chips back

With regards to being 'kicked off' you probably lost your internet connection.  It's supposed to re-imburse you for any lost chips the next time you play.  If you did NOT get your re-imburse, email contact@asylumlabsinc.com with details and your Friend Code (click your profile and get the # there).  I will give you some chips for your trouble.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
