In just the past 15 minutes I have lost 3200 chips it comes up as a bingo and then don't get the credit, and got 4 bingos early in the games and never got them to even so up. And then the number calling  kept going, and then I keep hearing bad calls for the cards I wasn't credited for in the prior game.

This behavior is not unheard-of but very rare.  We are sorry this happened.
