Paid diamonds not registering

Hello Sherrie and Lorraine,

  I just purchased $1.99 diamonds X2 (bought two sets of $1.99) and already had 14 in my "diamond bank."  Instead of the 50 new diamonds that should have been added to the 14, it only shows 39 diamonds.  It also looks like it keeps trying to add the diamonds, but than it goes back to 39 diamonds in total.  There was a problem getting on the site as far as not being able to choose a team, and on the first game there were no team members and my photo was not there either. Please credit me the diamonds I purchased and let me know if you need to see the receipt.
