I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me about my diamonds and chips I was just playing off and on for an hour just now. and still saying no bingo after using my power ups to buy stuff and it gives me bad call..... freezing issues in the middle of gave lost server please shed some light on this and correct this issue. Like I said I went off the game for months due to this and other issues I would think things could of been corrected by now.
very frustrated. I leave old friends that I use to play with so I don't cause issues and freeze them which is really not fair to me. But I want them to be able to enjoy there game as well. i have left 3 different post in past 2 days answer back would be great.

I also left the game for several months due to freezing issues in previous post that people thought I was doing lost playing with a lot of good people due to this. I have been playing for about a yr now and for some reason why are the same exact issues here it does it when it feels like it and also I should not have to use power ups to get through a game and that's what I haft to do most of the time so please help me in some way get this fixed so I'm not loosening all my money and diamonds and the whole bingo thing when you have a bingo and it says you don't and you refresh it your loosening more money. Thank you for your time and please do something to help me with this matter I just came back after several month I enjoy the game its a big stress relief for me to sit and play but not when it causing stress and your loosening diamonds and chips its very frustrating people say oh here comes jinx I dealt with that months ago I don't want to keep dealing with that and go broke to playMarch 2016

i just lost a ton of diamonds as I was hitting bingo and using my power up and it was 4 bingos and it would not let me do any thing I tried to restore it and wouldn't let me kept saying bad call it was on several games several cards freezing issues on and off kicked off server in the middle of a game I would like to know why when you have bingos it says its not and this has happened a lot this week and last week and lost multiple diamonds I had over 500 plus lost chips because it says its a bad call when its not please help me solve this issue I'm having I'm just wasteing my money thank you so much
