hi there i have now played the lottery numbers during my bingo games, twice now i matched two of the numbers and three times i have matched three of the numbers. I have not got any of the winning every time the game ends it says i have not won anything from the lottery area only bingo's i hope we can work to fix this issue i highly enjoy playing this game on my facebook.

Can I just ask you, did you match your lottery numbers within the first 5 balls rolling out at the start of the game?
Because this is how the lottery works, you have to match the numbers with the first 5 numbers to be called.
Otherwise, you won't win anything - yes you will see your numbers being called, but if it is after the first 5, then it doesn't count, I'm afraid. It does explain this in our Docs and FAQ, here is the link for you

If the lottery chooses one or more of your numbers in the first 5 balls, then you have won. If not, then you don't win.
