I Just Got Robbed, 2X

I signed into play, and was able to get on, after several attempts. After I did, 2x I purchased 4 cards@800 chips. Recieved the message that I didn't have enough, however a single card popped up to play. Exited and attempted again. Same thing. I am out 1600 chips by fault of the game, not mine. Please refund my chips.
