    the game simply will NOT load!  I have upgraded flash player FOUR times today, and no joy!  I have emptied my history and cache!  what's going on?

      This is very strange; are you playing on desktop?  if so, through Yahoo or Facebook?
      What do you see, endless loadingscreen?  Stuck on logo?  Nothing?
