      I'm sorry this is happening, but we need some more information from you -- in what way does the game not work for you? What device are you playing on - is it Facebook/tablet/ipad/phone?

      What exactly happens? Can you also give us your Friend Code, please?

      yes, we had server problems today.  simply put your Friend Code and how many chips you lost and we will reimburse.

      My Game keeps freezing and not registering my bingos and has taken so many chips from me im getting upset i really enjoy this game i even paid for some chips which ive never done not fair at all can you help ?at all really
