this is my 4th time writting , when I use 2 daubers and get a bingo it takes my daubers and says to late , I spent a lot of money on this game I am ready to quit, fix it
I know that I have personally answered you before when you've brought this problem to us. You made a post called "Bad Call" on April 29th, I replied to you, and you didn't get back to me:
"Hello Charlotte
In this part of our FAQ's, explaining the game, it says
"Each round has a fixed number of Bingos available. The number of Bingos changes, depending on how many cards were purchased by the players in that round. When all the Bingos have been called, the round ends. If you hit BINGO without having a proper squares marked on your card, you will BAD CALL and the card will be forfeit. The core game is really that simple!"
There will be many other players all hitting bingo at the same time, and unfortunately, others will get there before you. It's happened to me, lots of times. I'm a daily player, just like you, and I understand it can be very frustrating.

Could you please supply me with your Friend Code again, so I can look into this for you, and reimburse any losses you have incurred.
