Lost prize wheel status

Today i went to spin the prize wheel as usual and got a message that I missed a day so my status set back to the beginning at 5%.  I did not miss a day and have been at 100% for a long time...please correct this asap

the code is 993488...thanks for the help...yesterday I was at 5%...today at 10%..they would be the two days I would need credit for and also a restore to 100%...
