I have a great friend from the game that went up a level n instead of giving her, her points they took them away. I tried to tell her how to write you but she lives in Scotland we have a language problem. I told her I would write u n see if she can get her diamonds back she's been saving them since before Christmas. Her name is Joyce her #is 156804 thank you for your help. She lost 1000

I'm not sure how there is a language problem, because she lives in Scotland - I live in England, UK, 60 miles from the Scottish border, and we all speak the same language!
