Stuck on red light

Hi Morpheus , in need of help, I have wrote several times in the past few months , I have been stuck on a red light , my friends cant join in with me in a game , as it's a red dot , no green triangle. It goes green now and then a few minutes , then red dot? People keep asking me what's going on , I don't know , I downloaded wpb on my sons I pad , so I could watch myself playing , it's constant red dot whilst playing, then green triangle appeared for 2 seconds, then straight back to red dot.
A few people have this issue with red dot.

Could you please help me with this ? I play on apple ipad .

It does not interfere with my playing getting bingos. Why the red dot always? Even when I log on just sit in lobby still red dot.

Could you please reply asap as it's been months now .
