App freezing
Step up and take responsibility! Fix the damn bugs already......I spent money to purchase diamonds, and I can't even play the game. I will be waiting,.....but not patiently!

I can assure you, we do take responsibility for what happens with the game, but with any game, there will be bugs and glitches that need to be ironed out. I'm sure you would agree with this.
I'm afraid that I can't put the fixes into a time frame for you. They will be dealt with as soon as possible. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long.
