      You can if you have logged in through Facebook, that's as much as I know, I'm not tech savvy, sorry  :(

      That explains it! I'm not on facebook :(. Seems strange though, never had a problem like this with other games.

      Sorry for any inconvience , just the way this game works . You could if you wish , make a Facebook account , just for bingo purposes , if you would like to change your name , or profile pic , as often as you wish.
