I saw what you said in the forum about being disconnected, etc. The thing is, we now need a screenshot when you have the disconnection, otherwise I can't refund you. We need time, date etc, so we can show the tech team, and they can line it up with what happens on the server and see if they match.
So next time this happens, get a screenshot, put it in the forum so I can see what's happened, ok? Then I can refund you. I'll do it this time, but this will be the last time without proof.
