I received your message about you losing your chips again. You didn't tell me how much you had lost, or how you had lost them. So based on how much you spend on chips, I reimbursed your losses, plus extra as by way of an apology.
Now I do try my best to make sure everyone is happy, Roxie, but the next time this happens, I will ask you for a full explanation as to how you lost your chips, what room you were in, what happened at the time, before I reimburse you.
It would also be a nice gesture on your part, if you acknowledged that I had done my best to help you.
