  Hello Lorraine,
     Today, Sept. 8, 2018, I filled up a Party Card.  When I pressed the Bingo button, it didn't register and there was still plenty of time with the caller.  The Bingo button turned to an opaque gold color and it didn't register that I had won a Bingo.  I won a Bingo on a regular Bingo card and should've have been recognized for this Party Card Bingo.  I also noticed that last night when I played Bingo, the caller was having some tech problems, "he'd" go at a normal pace, then a couple of the numbers called were very close together. (No, I do not drink.)  I do not know how you'd credit a won card, but I'm close to winning; I was at 8/10.  Taking a long time to get party icons.

  Thank you for the generous Bingo chips credit and for getting back to me so quickly.  I just signed in to play and I hope there are no issues.  I do realize that technology has its pros and cons and I can speak for others as well as myself that Wild Party Bingo is the most fun of all the Bingo games to play.

  Okay, hello again, Loraine....Just now I reached a new level and it said I earned some chips and 5 diamonds.  The diamonds were not awarded to me. so now we're up to 10 diamonds that I haven't been able to collect.  I do not know who Allie is or how to reach her.  I do not know where to send my friend code.  Please advise.  Thank you for your time in this matter.

  I don't know how you could have lost 6 diamonds when you tried to buy the refresher powerups, as they only cost 5 diamonds for 5 refreshers. So I have reimbursed you 5 diamonds.
  
  Also, what I would do when you try to make a purchase in future, if it goes through, and you don't get your chips/diamonds, you'll need to contact Google.
