URGENT - flashplayer update problems

i've had to resort to our laptop, as my NEW puter is in the shop for a week - every single time i click on wpb on the webrowser, it keeps saying i need to update flashplayer.

i've  updated flashplayer FOUR times, silverlight, everything!  wpb still does NOT Work! 

please, help.

Grace, what browser are you using?

Updating flashplayer is part of windows update in IE (Internet Explorer) now so you can't just update flashplayer anymore; its frustrating.  If your using IE, you have to do windows update.

For chrome, you have to update chrome as flashplayer is part fo the chrome update

For firefox, download new plugin
