I assure you we are not trying to "cheat' you. The game is setup so that everyone on your team is going after the same bingos. Often when the last ball is called, someone else gets it first, even though it LOOKS like there is one bingo left. This is just a byproduct of how team bingo works, someone can beat you to it.
We have a 'fix' in the works to make this more clear. Please consider sticking with us as we iron out any little bugs in the game.

I have played a few Bingo games on Facebook like Bingo Bash, Bingo Lane, Bingo Showdown and etc. I find Wild Party Bingo is the best of them all. I removed all the other games off my Facebook because they were BORING. This game is different because you do get bingos, power-ups, and you can send gifts and clap the other team members on. I got one of my sisters playing and hope the other six sisters will play. You don't cheat people or rip them off. First time I have found a game that is fun and honest to the player on Facebook. KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB!!!!.

First, let me say thank you for the kind words of appreciation. We are a very small team (4 people) working hard every day and your positive feedback means a lot.
I'm not sure what happened w/ your Bingo. 99% of the time it works fine, but we have had reports of sometimes in the 'results' screen (Team Results), the bingo counter not matching how many bingos you ACTUALLY had. Rest assured, in those cases you are still payed the winnings for the bingo. When you say 'my picture did not show up' i'm not sure where you mean....in the results screen? Down below during the round? The 3 images below are for the first 3 bingos of the round....
Regards your sister, you will only "see" her online if you two are Friends inside the game. To add her as a friend you can do it two ways:
when you DO see her, click her face and then the Add Friend icon. If she accepts you will be Friends together and you will always see her online in the lobby from then on.
Hi, i did not see a response to my post. First of all, i do love the game :) I could not log on last night to get my daily chips and i was on the big one...lol, and it wasn't just my computer i could not log on with the ipad neither. So i did not get my chips or coins, what ever they are called. :(

When I clicked on continue my picture was missing from the team group and I did not see my winnings from my bingo. Today game kept freezing up and last my bingos, chips and now my sister stop playing because of the game acting up.

we are sorry to hear your sister is done....can you elaborate on her problems? same thing (freezing?)?
what devices (or desktop) are you playing on?

love the game but you really need to sort it out , it keeps freezing and shutting down , then when it comes bk on ive lost loads of chips it a good game but keep getting disrupted this should not be on a game it just causes problems between players

Freezing badly tonight, guys. Daub a #, and it doesn't register until one or two more #'s are called. Also, at the beginning of several games, the "GO!" logo has stayed on the screen as #'s were being called. Then you are forced to try to "catch up". Also..the instant win "harp" symbol did not work in Kid's Party room. FC# 60117

First, as always thanks for your contributions, this kind of note is very useful; were investigating the servers logs now to see whats up. That SUCKS you got a harp but it didnt instant win for ya, so sorry!

Just a idea, When players click on the Facebook share button and the box comes up for you to comment or the box will say Sherry won 625 chip and it is shared and posted on Facebook. I think it should also say for example Sherry won 3 bingo and 750 chips on the lottery. I think people like to play bingo to win bingos and if they see it post on Facebook on how many bingos players have won that might catch their eye. I played a lot of the bingo games on Facebook and stop playing because I could never win and was BORING. I think players who play your bingo game win a lot due to the game is made up of teams and work as a team to win more bingos. Plus it makes it a lot more fun. Maybe this will also help draw in more players. Just a thought to help you out.

Thats a GREAT suggestion! So good, i've added it to our roadmap! As you might expect we have lots of task so i can't say when, but THANK YOU for your constructive and quality idea!
The end is close you make Bingo's then another number is called and you are told your Bingo's are too late FIX THIS PLEASE. This just happened to me twice both Bingo's in my opinion where early enough especially if Bingo was called after another number was called.
While often others get the last bingos RIGHT before you and it causes a Too Late, you are correct to point out if you get a TOO LATE and another BALL comes out, then thats a bug.
We are looking into a fix for this, and appologize for any frustrations it causes. Please provide a Friend Code and we'll reimburse you.
Hi, I'm never certain where exactly I should post these comments and questions (a different forum or a direct email). But I encountered a couple small problems/bugs this week. During 2 games today, my team came in 1st place, but I did not receive 3 power ups. The 1st game I received 1 and the 2nd game I didn't receive any. I double checked to make sure my team really did finish in first place both times; and we did. The other problem I had was with the slots (which may be easier to email u about the specifics). There were 3 times that I should have won coins and I did not. I also have screenshots of all of this, as usual. Thank u for ur time and help in advance, Jillian

Hello! Great game- I'm having lots of fun. Being a newbie I do have a couple issues. First, I sent a message yesterday. Today my msg is no on here nor is a response. OK....is there a way for me to change my avatar? I read. That you give us the chance to change it once when we first log on. I missed that. Second is there a way to chat with friends? For chatting, dont have private chat YET. If you are both playing same time, you can chat in the room at the bottom (facebook/yahoo) or use the chat icon on the top-bar (mobile).

Dottie, thank you for playing WPB and for your note.
You may not be aware that only the higher levels force you to buy more than 2 cards. The lower levels (like Carnival 1 for example) are both SLOWER.....and allow for fewer cards (some allow 1 card). This allows you to choose the level YOU like to play. Find a level that is right for you, and there is no reason you have to play the faster/harder levels.
